Mission Statement

Develop a program for high school and college students to evaluate career paths and assist participants with career development skills. Nominate candidates for MBDA scholarship programs. Develop other programs to encourage citizenship education, internships and other premier opportunities. Develop a Mentor program for youth that includes DFWAACC members as mentors, and/or corporate or agency mentors. Actively encourage young Asians to participate in DFWAACC permanent committees as a means to retain their interest and involvement, as well as providing to them the opportunity for hands on leadership training.
