Program Development and Leadership Training Committee

In today’s fast paced, dynamic business, leaders need to have vision and maintain awareness of the ever changing environment. We want to help present and future leaders build their critical skills to enhance their communication and listening proficiency, build connections and alliances, strengthen problem solving skills, motivate teams for the most effective performance, and to contribute to the success of their organization and company.

The 2010 Leadership Training program is sponsored by the following groups: Texas Instruments Chinese Initiative, Diodes Incorporated, Nortel Diversity Group, and Raytheon Asian Pacific Association.

There are seven sessions in the monthly leadership seminar series. A Certificate of Graduation will be awarded to those who attend at least 4 of 7 sessions. Light lunch is provided free of charge. More details are provided below.
